I recently picked up the Dremel with a bunch of accessories. At this point in my Festool addiction, I look at every tool (and often non-tools) and try to figure which size systainer it would fit in. Anyway, I had this idea of using the small parts SYS 1 to organize all the little bits and pieces plus have room for future Dremel items.

So far, this is what I came up with - I used kaizen foam for some items - seems to work ok - what do you think?

This is a pretty nice SYS 1 for not much more than any empty one:

The original Dremel storage container - everything moves around a lot, especially the small stuff:

My first attempt - any suggestions are welcome:

Extra boxes - I also made a label:

Hi Lou, I did much the same as you.
Down here at the end of last year they were selling off a surpluses supply of the 90 year celebration systainers at about quarter of their original price. I snapped up a few of them with no real pressing use for them, I  just thought at this low price they might come in handy.
Well like you say the Dremel accumulates a lot of small accessories and the original Dremel boxes are just cheap and nasty throw away items, so I just fitted everything Dremel that I had into two of the boxes, and being dark blue I can identify them quickly, not that I use the dremel that much but the funny thing is though, if I paid the original price for the systainers then both the boxes would have cost more than the Dremel and all the accessories put together.
