Drill Angle Adapter and Kapex Crown Moulding Accessory

Hi There

1) Does anyone know what warranty (if any) covers the Drill Angle Attachment?  Had mine for about two years now but looks like the internal gears have gone.  I see replacement internal parts are available, are they expensive?  Great piece of kit - killed off by a 127mm hole saw - oops!

2) Has anyone used the Crown Moulding Accessory for the Kapex?  They are around ?40 each and you need two - are they worth it?

To answer one half of your question, Yes the crown moulding accessories are worth it, for cutting cornice and the like they do exactly what they say on the tin, but I leave them on all the time because of the extra table width they give. These are one of the key features that make the saw so good.

Looks like you're in the UK but I believe the warranty is the same.  This item should be covered by the three year warranty.  Contact Festool UK for service details.
