DSC-AG 125 help!

Hi,
I’ve got a brand new diamond cutting system (DSC-AG 125), trying to channel a wall with it, but I’m only able to get a maximum drop depth of 15mm, I think the max depth should be 27. I can drop it to 15 mom, but then the motor is bumping with the wheel on the frame.
Can anyone shed some light on what I’m doing wrong? Or how to get it to drop further!

I think you should detach the motorframe from the dustcap and rotate the handle a little upwards.
Then secure the frame again and it should work.
