Dust Extractor Died - CTM 26 E AC GB 240V

Hi All,
New to the forum as I am new to Festool products.  I have a virtually brand new CTM 26 and I was using it on the automatic setting.  I did a couple of cuts and it started fine.  I then went to do another one and it didn't start.  It was just completely dead on manual or automatic (though the tools will still work on automatic). 

It is virtually brand new (used for less than 30mins and was purchased in Feb).   

I thought it might have been thermal overload (but not after two 10 second cuts) but either way I waited and still nothing.  Has anyone else encountered this?  Any thoughts?  Is there a reset switch somewhere?

It is not the thermal protection, and there is no reset switch. I thought newer CT's have a fuse somewhere but I'm not sure.

If you don't get it to turn on by using the switches on the front, it is time to contact your Festool service department for a repair.
