Hi, im hoping to build my self a saw/router table that can hold the CMS inserts (570281 and 570251)
Have any of you done this? How was the fastening done? Im just thinking that this might be an issue since one siden only mounts on a profile in the CMS table.

I havent seen a table or insert in person. Only briefly on a video. The profile could be just a simple ⅛ or ¼ inch round aluminum stock mounted with L brackets and tap and drill the dowel ends. Or screw from the top and put a locking nut on it.

Looks like you can use a ⅜ flat piece of aluminum stock for the catch plate. Here is a detailed view.

One problem presents itself to my eyes. The start button on the CMS base would be missing. Requires some proper electrical work, I would not go cheap with switches on a saw / router safety wise.

You could use a metal place for the screw attachment side and a rebate to drop the other part in. Closed off with solid rail both front and back it could work...

I whent all-in bought the whole package, so it will rater be a coustom made bench where there is room for systainers and with a workbench that is level with the CMS table
