Hello Christian,

I just "officially" place an order with my long term dealer today, Bob Marino...  Make no mistake about it, these tools are really like drugs.  I jones for them when I can not get them, and I sure get a high when a new one shows up at my door step!!!  The order was for the long awaited Kapex miter saw...  I had asked Bob to put me on the list as long as two months ago.  To be fair, I have been waiting for this tool for what seems like forever, but in reality it is more like 1.5 years now...  I have been patiently awaiting its arrival to do a rather big project at my house - a coffered ceiling out of Pennsylvania Cherry...  I have had that wood sitting in my garage for a year awaiting the one remaining tool I needed  (OK - wanted) to complete the job...

To that end, Bob mentioned that the product could not be shipped until July 1st, at the earliest...  I called Woodcraft today and was told they were getting shipments in as early as next week and a demo model would be available to play with at that time.  They warned me they could not sell the units until 1 July...  So, my question to you is if it is going to be in the dealers hands earlier than July 1st, is there any way they can ship the product such that it arrives at our door steps on the 1st, the same as we would if we went to a "local" Woodcraft store...  I could always drive to the closet woodcraft store and purchase it on the first, but I have ordered close to $10,000 worth of stuff from Bob and have been extremely pleased with his service.  I would like to continue to deal with him but was wondering if it would be OK for him (and other dealers) to arrange shipment such that the product arrives in our eager little hands at the same time as one could go in and physically pick one up?

Thanks for your consideration...

A patiently drooling Kapex want-to-be owner,

Matt

Matt, that is a wonderful question. Drooling in West Chester, PA Fred  ::)

Matt,

Thanks for your question.

All of our dealers can start selling on July 1st. The dealer with a retail location has the tools available on July 1st, and the online dealer has the tools available on July 1st for shipment.
No tools can be shipped before July 1st.

It is up to the customer to decide where and how he wants to buy the tools. You have to weigh all the advantages/disadvantages of buying from an online dealer vs. a retail store and see
what works better for you.

Regards,

Christian

Easy problem to solve, the dealers should just ship them all for same day delivery, at no extra charge of course.  ;)
