End grain cutting boards

Hi all,
I did this end grain cutting boards couple months ago. One is made of hard maple with purpleheart and second one is dark walnut. Any comments welcome! Frank

Both are quite nicely done. However the walnut one, to me, seems far too nice to ever use!
