A ladder is about the last thing I want to be chained to in any situation.

The moral of the story is to choose the right tool for the task. There are better options up the ladder. Working at heights is about practicality and safety first, not proving one's manhood.

What I am saying is not about manhood. What I say is that a RO90 is just small sander and can easily be handled one handed.

When you think about me playing cowboy up on a ladder you interpret everything I say in the wrong way, as you usually do. I have a healthy fear of height when I'm up on a ladder, and adding the possibility to chain me down is just an extra safety over clamping yourself with one hand while using a tool or a brush with the other. Besides the chain I still keep one hand on the ladder at all times.

You don't want to be chained to a ladder? Why? You think you can jump to safety from 7m/21 foot up when the ladder starts to move? I connect myself to the ladder so I can't make a mistake up there and drop backwards if I lose my grip. I'm not acting like a bloody acrobat up there Scott. I'm a bit surprised you'd frown at an exta safety measure. Because working up a ladder is so safe already.

Good. Reading never hurt anyone. Unless you do it on top of a ladder. By the way, the avatar is a rat, and what avatar I use is completely irrelevant to the discussion. But thanks for pointing it out.

My final analysis on the ets ec with dust extraction don't ha ha. It will work ok but not only do you go thru sand paper the Velcro on the pad melts so new pad on the way. It would be good if you could get an adapter to join two plug it cables together
