ets150/3 accessories?

So i let our cabinet maker try out my ets150/5 today.  It took all of about 5 seconds to convert him.  Now he wants one, he is thinking that he will be primarily sanding lacquer, sheet goods a little bit of other stuff but I am thinking he would be best suited by ets150/3, I am wondering what other accessories he should be  thinking about.  What advantage is a super soft pad over just the interface pad?  What paper?  I have mirka abarnet I think it is called and he was really liking that(the mesh stuff where you use this pad saver thing). I wish we could get a mini because that would be prefect for him as he will likely just use the vac for sanding but i guess he will do some clean up so the 26 won't be to bad.

I wouldn't bother with the abarnet, better to get a selection of granat papers, better value, better life better paper.

I prefer a harder pad for coarse sheetgood sanding (120 and down). It won't dig as much into the softer parts of the wood, preserves the edges, and leaves a more even and flat surface. For finer finishing sanding (180 and up) and sanding between coats I tend to put on a thin interface pad to prevent the sander from biting, which can often be problematic. I only use the thick interface pad to sand curves and such.

This allows me to use the same sander for most applications without having to change the pad, since the ets doesn't have a fastfix pad (mine doesn't have one, not sure if newer models have fastfix or not).

A supersoft pad is good for curved surfaces, reduces biting, and it has a bit more sanding performance than an interface pad since the interface pad also dampens/reduces the sanding motion.
