Ex 60 charger problem

When I plug my batteries in the light flashes 5 times then stays on as if the battery is charged but they aren't! Any ideas?

I think you mean the EC 60 for NiCads between 7.2 and 14.4v. It appears that it may have a fault. I will email the service guys and get back to you.
