Makita XPH07 18 volt hammer drill with case , battery, and charger.  Link to photos below. It's brand new.  I put a battery on it,  drilled 2 holes,  and put it up.  The side handle and depth stop are still in plastic inside the case. I am only selling it because my wife got me TID18/PDC kit last week.  $125 shipped .

Just wanted to clarify that this drill DOES include a battery and charger.  It also comes with a hard case.
