This kit came with 5.2ah batteries, but they are not Bluetooth. I don't use a Festool dust extractor, so the Bluetooth does me no good. I will swap out the batteries for a brand new pair of the new 4.0 high power Bluetooth batteries, or a pair of 5.2ah Bluetooth batteries that have been charged maybe 5 times. I have no preference either way. So the choice of batteries is yours.
I also have the receipt, and have not registered it for the warranty. So you should be able to register it for the warranty in your name.
