fake or real

you can buy the same panoply (reporter) bodywarmer without the logo for £15 incf delivery on ebay I wonder how you would get so many festool promotional items?

I've been wearing one I received from Festool for years, it turned me on to the whole brand of Panoply and now I have loads of the jackets and trousers. The material is excellent and if you like to advertise Festool then these jackets are worth the money, although you can get the plain one for less as footstool pointed out.

I am truly disappointed in this post by what I took to be implied by the title.  I was hoping for at least a few candid photos.

Them vests look real nice! Any idea how much it would cost to get one on this side of the pond?  Ebay search brought me to ebay UK.

I think Festool USA should do a package deal with the Domino XL.

Domino XL + Dominos/systainer + CT = Free vest!

Agree about the cost + £8 pp.
I would see the Festool logo as impressing people - well, those in the know anyway. [big grin]
Hadn't thought about getting new one, but my old one is getting tatty, and, this one seems to have a slightly bigger collar.
Bit warmer round the neck, now colder weather coming lol.

i bought a panoply work trouser because it was so cheap, didn't take long for the rubber logo thing and some buttons to come loose, but besides that it was really pleasant to wear during the summer because it's so light and cooling.
I see it as a cheap lower quality workwear brand though, i don't know why festool is putting their name on cheap made in china stuff.

i agree with timtool

i had some panoply trousers a few year ago, they were super cheap and lasted a few weeks [sad]

you would expect festool to team up with a decent brand of workware like snickers or German equivalent

They have teamed up with a quality European workwear company.  I will find the link.

The Festool winter jacket is the snickers power winter jacket. The Snickers version is £51, the Festool version £82....... Why would anyone pay a extra £31 to advertise a tool brand???

John...

Looks like I should try some Snickers workwear as I've been very happy with the Panoply so far and have had no complaints. Especially the material of the trousers doesn't stretch when I'm wearing it so trousers stay up reliably even with some weight hanging off them. The reporter jacket is comfortable and keeps a good temperature so I've been very happy with it.
