Festool 498660 ‘Syscart’

Hi Festool Team

I picked up a Syscart today and one of the brackets to affix the handle to the base is missing. Per the schematic it is part number nine (9) can you assist me in how to obtain this part?

I tried to complete a repair form online, but it’s asking for a serial number which the syscart does not have. Thanks in advance.
