I think both of them and new comer Makita track saw had better be riding hard back to the R&D department to fend off Mafell.  If you have not seen it, look for the posts by Forrest Anderson and others regarding Mafell's new automotive track saw (plunge type, variable speed blade and variable speed of advance through the cut and a neat set of guide for exact width repeat rip cuts) in which there is a link to a YouTube video demonstration (with narration in Russian?). The speed and ease which the blade can be changed is impressive, too.

I own a TS 55 and several Guide Rails and accessories.  I've seen both the Makita and DeWalt track systems in action and played with their controls.  The anti-tip feature of the Makita is a very nice addition above the Festool design.  But ...
If I was a professional cabinet maker, especially if working a one man ship, I'd definitely have one of the Mafell saws on my short list.
