Festool Battery Warranty?

So, was just wondering this - Festool offers a 1+3yr warranty on its drills and includes the batteries:  What about replacement batteries?    If I bought a drill and a third Festool battery for it today, would that third battery have the same warranty?  If not, what warranty would apply?
Likewise, if I were to replace the batteries on my drill 3-4 years down the line, what warranty would apply to the replacements in terms of holding a charge, ect? 

I was just wondering - as I understand Festool does not offer any warranty on replacement parts or accessories?

The warranty is 1+2, or 3 years total and applies to Lithium Ion batteries including those purchased separate from a tool.

That's great to hear that replacement Li are covered by the 1+2 as well and that its not just for batteries sold as part of the tool package.
