Is it only in Anthracite, or is it available in Festool Light Grey? If they're only available in anthracite I don't want one as the solar heat gain on a black cooler would be insane.

You could always swap the insert with in a Festool grey SYS4... Then you end up with a sweet limited edition one for something else.

Thats what im doing. I have a few t locs sitting around so now it will be converted to a cooler.

I guess its not possible to buy the insulation kits alone that fit inside is it Shane.

We actually tried doing that and couldn't pull it off unfortunately.

Fortunately I have several Sys T-4 not in use, so swapping a couple of those to gain empty dark Sys 4 would be way cool!

I was thinking the same thing.  It's kind of a "cool idea", but the execution is a bit off.  Make it in white or gray with double walls and a drain plug.  I would hate for my festool cooler to be outperformed by your run-of-the-mill igloo that's a fraction of the cost.
