Festool CT 36 E Vac - issue with

All,
I have been using my Festool CT 36 E since 2012. I recently noticed yellow-green stains on this "thing" (almost looks like a stained scotch-brite with holes) behind a plastic grid. Do I need to worry about this "thing" - pictured below and do I need to replace it. I have not noticed any significant performance issues with the vac (however, it might be littler louder than what it used to be when it was new). Any help/inputs would be appreciated. Thanks. Note: This is my first post in this forum :-)

And, BTW, I didn't even know what to search for to determine if this topic is already discussed. Hence, I decided to post a new topic.

Thanks

According to EKAT, that part's described as noise insulation.

Mine looks the same way. I'm pretty sure it's that yellow-green color from the factory. Nothing to worry about :)

Kriss, Thanks a lot for the clarification,  I will now breathe easy :-)
I never noticed it all these years.  I guess I am getting paranoid as my CT vac is getting older. :-)
