Festool CT MIDI dust collector died

Hi, I have been using the Festool CT MIDI for about a year and a half to clean the dust collector on our fiber laser. Last week the guys told me it died. We tried a couple different plugs with no luck. Any idea what has happened? How do I send it in for repair? I live in Nebraska. Thanks for the help. I ordered a new one today, so if we can get this one fixed we'll have a backup. My guys love this vacuum.
