Good day to all from North Texas!  Recently sent my 2.5 year old CT26 for a broken ground prong in the power cord. Received it within a week and they replaced the cord, AND TURBINE AND REPLACED the hose garage for the new updated version. Couldn’t be happier with the level of service!
 
Glad to hear about the excellent customer service.  How did you find a box for the CT?
The ground prong broke on my CT26 the other day(still under warranty) but it seems like a pain to find a box and ship it back.

Jarbroan, call customer service and ask if they can send you a box. I was having difficulty finding a box for kapex that needed service, called customer service and they sent me a kapex shipping box for free. Great service.
 
I will just add that for Festool service I normally send through my dealer and they take care of everything like boxing etc.
