Anything is fixable, the better question is whether it's worth fixing vs replacing in terms of cost.

    I think it is just a matter of finding out how much the parts cost to decide if it is worth it.  Do you know for sure that it was working? If not, then might get costly if it needs a bunch of internal parts.

Keep note that an equivalent to the old Mini would be the CT15 E which goes $399.

The new Mini includes features which the old one never had like BT and a braided hose. That hose alone is $200-ish ... from those $600.

EDIT:
At most I would check if motor works and see if can sell it. Same for the bottom bin and the electronics board. You may get $20 out of it. Or so.

Got quotes of €300 min to repair so I just bought the new midi. €615 for new one. My next question is this old one worth anything to someone

If it runs it doesn’t need to be attractive to stick under a bench dedicated to running sanders.
