Not completely sure how they handle it, here in Germany I simply send them a mail with the list of what I need (plus shipping address & the customer number I got from registering my tools) - some days later the spares arrive, accompanied by the invoice (14 days to pay).

A few years back before I just bought a MFT3, I had built one, that at the time served its purpose for me. I ordered some parts from MMtoolparts. I believe they are in Utah. Their site looks different but they seems to still be selling the parts. And from what I remember it was pretty easy to go in and find what you need. Easier than any place else I found. And the shipping was pretty quick. (This was before I found ToolNut) [wink]

Interesting link. They use the ekat system. They are part of M&M Tools which is a Festool dealer in Salt Lake City.
Perhaps I should offer clarification to what I wrote previously.
If you order directly from Festool there is not an online way to order them. You must use the phone.
Conceivably you can look up the parts on ekat and then contact your dealer of choice and ask them to order. Perhaps you can do that via email.
I know for a fact that although most dealers will order the parts for you sometimes it is just because it is a requirement or because they value your business. It is not uncommon for a dealer to lose money on a parts order once you take in account the background processing fees for a credit card transaction.
It is more efficient in my mind at times to just look up the parts and then call and say I would like to order XXXX for my YYYY. Here is my credit card number.
The linked website is cool and if that works successfully then that is a great choice. I had never seen one like that.

I've never seen that site either and was excited to find a parts page for the belt sander frame.
Alas, all they have are some small screws and a "Festool disk, 5,3mm" aka a washer for $1.99.
They list a few things I'm interested in so I'll check them out next week.

I've used M&M Tool before, the only problem is that their website sometimes says that an item is available when it no longer is. I'd suggest you round up what you need and then give them a call to confirm the availability. It happened to me recently with a table widener for an OF 1010.
They answer their phones immediately and are pleasant to deal with over the phone. [smile] The woman I talked with was quite knowledgeable about Festool equipment. [cool]
