Festool planex vibrates hard and squeaks ! Got it new in Sep 2014

Hello Folks,

I got my new planex last September, And i am falling in love with it, yet, in the last 2 jobs i did , it was vibrating alot and squeaking !

i know i can take it to be checked but i said i better ask maybe its something i need to do myself and save time.

I would suggest that you start by giving Festool Canada's Service Department a call.  It might be something simple that they could walk you thru.

Have you removed the pad and cleaned the machine of any build up ?

I sent it today to be checked , if it didnt come back be4 christmas im

The planex came back after more than a week and they stated they changed the bearing !! And recomended cleaning it once in a while!
