Offering for sale a gently used RAS 115. Serial number 40033136. Pictures are attached. I cannot remember if it came with a manual included in the box when I got it, if it did, I cannot find it. I take very good care of my tools and keep all manuals in a safe place, so lack of it makes me think there may have not been any.
I got it when I worked on my house remodeling project. The tool has been in storage once the project was completed due to lack of use cases which require its massive sanding power. The amount of use: I used 16 pads of abrasives in total through the period of ownership. How do I know? I bought two boxes of 25 sanding pads at the time when I got the tool, and I counted how many pads are missing in the boxes. The tool is located in Portland, OR. Asking for $500, including free shipment to the continental US (or you can pick it up if you are in the Portland metro area).
Included are:
RAS 115 in a good working order, clean, with a few cosmetic scratches (all can be seen in the pictures)
Samples of abrasives which came with the tool (5 or 6 pads or so which I did not touch)
15 (out of 25) Saphir P24 sanding pads in the original box
19 (out of 25) Saphir P50 sanding pads in the original box
Payment option: In my past listings on the FOG classifieds, I offered to create, and have Paypal send to the prospective buyer's email, an itemized invoice which they pay through Paypal web site. This method triggers Paypal buyers protection. I absorb the 3.5% + $0.49 fee which Paypal charges the seller for this protection in addition to cost of fully trackable shipment (Fedex or UPS) (which is also required by Paypal). This method is my preference, given the cost of the tool. However, Paypal protection does not cover the cases when carrier delivered package to the door and it was stolen from the porch. I am willing to also pay for the "signature required" option for delivery.
