So, you may have already seen a post or two from some of our dealers or members from Cali talking about this event. It's on the road and will be making its way around the country through 2013, hopefully in a city near you. I'll post more information as it becomes available, but wanted to publicize these two upcoming events.

Shane,

Thanks for the advance notice of the Roadshows in San Rafael and Santa Rosa.

Okay, now that Northern California has had their Roadshows, when will there be some here in Los Angeles County?

Also, will our beloved Festool Rep Allen Kensley continue to also be our rep between Roadshows? I certainly share the belief that Allen is one of the best people I know and marvelous at helping us get the most from our Festools.

Love this Roadshow idea! How soon will it arrive in the Washington, DC/Baltimore/Philadelphia area? I'm about to embark on an extensive kitchen cabinet door build using TS55/Kapex/Domino and will gladly hold off 'til Festool comes to my area... if it's soon.  [eek]

I really don't know any details, but I think that the school will be making its way East in the fall.  Shane will keep us informed.

Peter

Carroll, Allen is hitting the road to tour the country. So, I don't think he'll be acting as your regional rep at least for the short term. I don't know of any events in the LA area, but will try to post events as I get information about them here.

I believe it will be closer to mid-to-late 2013 before events will be scheduled on the east coast.

Conveniently for me, Anderson Plywood Sales has been one of my vendors for over 30 years.

As a matter of fact, before Allen Kensley started working for Festool USA he was a tool sales specialist at Anderson. Certainly once they became a Festool dealer Allen was the fellow we all talked to there about Festools. So this Road School should be a sensational homecoming for him.

We all also know Allen is up for road trips, so while we will miss him as our rep, we know he will be sharing the Green libation with a wider audience.

Aloha Allen, have a safe and sane journey. Will see you on 4 May.

OK, roughly half way here by May, looking good for fall in NY !  ;D

Shane are you just trying to boost your post count ?  [poke]

That must be the one with biggest mouth - ME.  But if you look at the stats over 78% of my activity is behind the scenes.  I spared the public and caused you, Forrest, and Seth heartburn.
