Festool Service, WHAT?

Just got my TS55 R back from service, who are these guys! UPS picked up the saw on Wed afternoon and I just received the saw back this afternoon. Door to door in five business days flat. WOW! It was my first time dealing with Festool service and man these masked men are good. I only have two or it would be more,

TWO thumbs up to the Festool Service Dept!!   [big grin]
 
I had a similar experience but mine was only 3 days!  I do live near the service center but I was equally impressed.
 
Just wanted to let you know that I shared your posts with the service team. I'm sure they appreciate the accolades, which are well deserved.

On a side note, customers will begin getting emails when we receive tools in for repair and another email with tracking when they ship back out in an ongoing effort to embellish the great service already provided by the service team. Those emails will have a line that shows "days for repair", which is almost always going to be 1 or 2 days. Exceptionally quick turn around.
