I just received my second Sys Port and it arrived in excellent condition unlike a lot of reports from Amazon purchasers. The Sys Port was double boxed with air bags between the two and even though the trucker tried their best to destroy the contents, it was in excellent shape, good going Festool (and Tom Bellemare)!
