Festool truth

As I said in an earlier post, my wife of 36 years has never questioned any of my tool/equipment purchases. If I get the door job I posted, it will mean a new trailer (I'll need a larger one to deliver the products). I'll take the wife with me when I order/purchase it. She wont get to pick the color, I already know what that will be. I guess when the tools pay the bills and put money in their pocket, they don't mind as much.

Tom.  I have to say that during the 35 years I am married my wife has always been then one on buy the best and get the best.
Well needless to say her theory got me into Festool and it been a great ride since that moment. In reality her and my daughter bought me my first TS 55 and Midi DC for Christmas back then and got me hooked. Since then well the slide has been great, she has always been my better half for sure.

Guys....this was a joke meant for abit of humor. Unfortunately it sounds like a few people took it serious, I apologize ..... It's not about being married or single, it's about  --he who dies with the most festools wins.(I think the bible says that somewhere)

I bring home the $$$.
She spends it.

If I get to spend any,
she either signs the check
or goes over the credit card...very carefully [unsure]

I can tell her all i want how much i saved
She knows how much it cost to save.

Actually,
She has never complained
And... she still feeds me well. [big grin]

This evening I was up and down a 6m ladder about 50 times with paint, brush, etc ... my wife was trying so hard to convince me that she could do some of the work to help - how would you feel if your better half went SPLATT !?!?!

You've got to admire the willingness though  [wink]
