Hello everyone, why would my blade begin wandering to the right while ripping a 9/4 piece of white oak? The blade is s brand new tenryu 36t. The saw remained on the track but as the blade veered off the saw naturally stalled out because of the extra tension/load on the saw. Do I need a strictly ripping blade at 18 t? Has this happened to anyone else? There is no play between the saw and the track. I tensioned up those knobs.

I use Tenryu blades with my TS75. I would suggest their rip blade if you are doing long cuts of 2" inch thick or more. Never had any issues with 10/4 mahogany with the rip blade.

Your blade is not parallel to the rail and saw base. You need to adjust trunnions relative to the base. Has it happened before, or is it a new saw?

It is a fairly new saw, i have done less than 30 cuts with it. I was previously cutting through 3/4 panels with no problems for my kitchen Reno. I noticed it starting to bind in 3/4 and chalked it up as a dulled blade cause I chipped a few teeth on the original blade cutting through a package of screws hidden in the end of the cardboard package that came with a panel.

Is there a how to thread to adjust the trunnions? Or should I bring it in?
Thanks

Search "Festool TS 55REQ supplemental manual". It's in .pdf form somewhere. Page 22 about matching your saw to the rail. TS75 should be very similar process.

Ok, I took some time today to adjust the toe in on my saw. It took about an hour in total of attaining a 0.006” gap on the rear of the blade but I eventually nailed it.

It cuts real nice now and sounds better during the cut as well. I’m glad you pointed me in the right direction Svar. I am now a little more familiar with my saw. There is nothing more satisfying than learning how to tune your own tools!
