OK - we have the new Vecturo & Blades up and are accepting pre-orders now here ShopFestool.com/Vecturo.  We should have the rest of the new stuff up by tomorrow morning (CT Wings, Toolie, Torch, Apron, etc).

Is that 12-1 date for shipment to the DEALER or to the CUSTOMER?

Historically the release date is the date the dealer can release the products to the customer.  Meaning pre-orders are ready for pick-up on 12/1/14 (by customer or carrier).
