Finished my Paulk workbench (1st post)

I stumbled across the Paulk workbench plans last week and just had to build one for my garage shop to test out my new (recon) RO-125 sander. I simplified construction by eliminating the table saw and router table options. The hardest part was boring all the 20mm holes and the biggest lesson learned was that I need to get a Festool router as my next tool addition! (too much dust!!) All the cutting was done with the TS-55REQ and I built a track guide for the PC router to utilize Festool guide rails and clamps to align all the holes.  [attachthumb=1][attachthumb=2][attachthumb=3]

Thanks. I should also have mentioned that my improvised (bungee cord) boom arm made a huge difference with my cutting and sanding.

Billedis: I bored them with my router using a 20mm Festool hinge boring bit. The guide rail and stops made the alignment much easier. (you can see the setup in this picture)

Nice job! Are your limit stops there to eliminate lateral movement or are they attached somehow to your home-made sled?

I set the limit stops for each hole to limit lateral movement. They are attached to the guide rail.
