Based on the idea of a magazine's shop tip, I did a quick long drawer project using the DF500 and the Veritas joinery table. All came out well, including milling all the mortises without having the table clamped to the bench.

In the original tip, 1/4" and 1/2" ply materials were used with glue and nails. I chose 5mm ply because the SawStop front rail opening is only 45mm (H) x 70mm (W). Due to the mounting bolts protruding inside the rail, the drawer could only be made to the size of 35mm x 65mm (x 900mm).

I put all the hex keys, bypass keys, blade adjustment kit, screwdriver,  etc. that came with the SawStop saw as well as a few other things in the drawer. Of course, the plastic rail cap, too.
