Hi guys, just a quick one.

I was having a bit of trouble with my TS 55.  When inspecting it closer I have found the riving knife has some lateral play and feels floppy.  I doubt this is causing the problem but would like to know if it needs some adjustment whilst I'm giving it a once over.

Is this normal?

Cheers

No. Lock the blade down as if you are going to change it. You will see a socket cap screw that locks the riving knife you should check it is probably loose. It uses the same Alen key as does the blade.
