Wanted to thank you as well.  I saw this thread last night and quickly jumped on to Hartville's site and ordered one.  I just got the shipping information that the DF500 is on it's way!  Now to log on to Woodcraft's site to cancel my order that I placed back at the end of January!    :

Thank you for posting this.  I had been expecting to have to wait for a long time to get a 500 set, but I happened to see your post and jumped on the Hartville website and ordered it on Monday. It arrived at my house yesterday (Friday).  Thanks!

I got mine from Hartville about 10 days ago and got a CT26E + BT module from them last week.  Also note that you can order via amazon as well if you, like me, have an amazon rewards CC... this gives me 5% cash back, free shipping and no tax... and full warranty buying from an authorized dealer.  Makes it about the best deal going on Festool IMO.
