Any suggestions of stabilizing the router using the FS track and guide to straight edge corian with no table underneath?

Is the track sliding or is the router unstable on the track?

Not sure I understand "with no table underneath" in this situation. The solid surface must be supported by something while you're working on it.  ???

And afterwards.  But try explaining that to an architect or interior designer.

I use the Gecko to clamp on smooth surfaces.  I bought one, liked it so much I bought another.  I use mine for cutting plastic sheets that are often over 60" and longer than 10'.

My interpretation of Mefose's situation is that the router is difficult to keep from tipping in use, and the Corian is in a countertop situation, where it extends to the end of the work surface, so there is nothing to ride the auxiliary foot on for additional support.

If that's the case tape a piece of laminate sample to the base of the router.

Floating top?

That's a good idea, as long as the laminate matches the thickness of the rail.

A couple of sample chips, tweak with masking tape (normally 2 layers).
