Hello

I recently bought a HK55 and fSK42 I have thought about making a carrier myself0. my query is will the FSK tail fit in a 'normal' rail bag or will it be too wide ? I can't really justify buying two bags as they are quite expensive.

I don't have a bag for for a regular rail but I found a shotgun bag that fits the FSK420 rail perfectly.

I never thought to look at this option for the rails, but it makes a ton of sense, either a soft or hard case.

Thanks for the idea!

You might raise some eyebrows walking onto a worksite with that.  But I like it.

I have the Festool track bag for my TS55's 1400 rails, but I don't have the HK saw or tracks. So I can't answer your question.

I suggest you take your track to an axminster tools store, or any authorized Festool dealer, and try the bag. They will be happy to help you figure that out before you make the purchase.

Good luck.

I have the bag for the normal 1400 rails, it's ok for hanging them up in but not that special for protecting the rails while in the van.
I made a wooden rail case which to me is much better. The Festool bag just seems designed to advertise Festool and not much else.
Nowadays I store my airgun in that bag as its not that great for much else.
