I need to replace the eccentric gears in the gear head of a RO 150 E sander.  I got it apart as far as the first counterwieght under the first eccentric gear.  I cant see my way to get the counter weight off of the spindle.  Any suggestions.?

It costs me about $50.00 us in shipping and return, to send it in to festool.  I would like to learn how to do it myself.

I don't think you can do this as an amateur, all parts like gears and counter weights are clamped on the spindles with pressure and/or heat treatment, and you need special industrial tools for that.
