Sweet tractor and mower rig! What is the tractor? Looks like a bigger Kubota? I had a 3430 HSTC with the LA723 loader about ten years ago. I loved running that thing.

What are your plans for the land, cattle/crops/both?  Any natural water sources?  Is it already fenced?  Will you be building a house or is there already one available?

Either way, you have your work cut out for you.....

It's a Kubota M5-111. The rotary cutter is a Land Pride 15' that will go through 3.5" of tree. :)

About three-quarters of the land is open--but very hilly--pasture. It would be suitable for hay or cattle or horses, I suspect. For now we'll just be haying enough to qualify for the agricultural exemption. There's a river just off the edge of the property, but not on it. There's a nice home, a 30 x 60' barn, and a detached three-car garage. The lower part of that will be my shop and the upper part will be my office. The house has an attached two-car garage, too.
