Hi Nico,
Yes he has:  Hobbywood - Page of Guido Henn.
And he recently published a book on router and its usage.  It is superb, but in german [wink]
He also gives woodworking classes.  It is in Germany near Bonn - not that far away from belgium.

Nico, google is your friend for finding toy plans.

You could start here, that's a dutch site where I found the plan to build this.
