.... then please help out.  I just purchased a Jigsaw.  On the both sides of the 2-blade (S 75/4 FSG & S75/4 K) package that was included are little symbols.  Is there a chart available that defines what each symbol stands for?

So far, I am taking a leap and guessing the the I-beam symbol with FE underneath means 'cuts iron'.

Thanks in advance for any and all aid.  Your next new friend.

Welcome to the forum and congrats on your new jigsaw.

The topic of Festool packaging symbols was discussed on the forum before.

I've been involved with Festool for 8+ years now and I don't even know what some of them mean. Apparently they're not so international after all.

While it's not a finished project, here's a blade selection helper.

You could also refer to pages 76-77 in our catalog.

Lastly, you can see some of the blades in action on our YouTube channel.
