A member of the forum generously offered me a $50 voucher and all the needed info.  He asked that I pass it on to another member if I didn't need it.

Rather than making this super easy and make it more fair to those who check in at other times I will pass on voucher and information to the third person who sends me a PM requesting it after 3:00 PM Eastern time today 12/31/2017.
