I've only used this twice.  It is for the 1010 - it does not have holes drilled to fit the 1400 but it can be used for that application by using the hold down knobs.  Comes with the centering mandrel.  Asking $80 shipped.
 
I'll take it if you are willing to send Down Under. Ofcourse I would pay for postage costs.
