This is my setup to eliminate the poorly executed johnny bar setup that HAMMER thinks is a mobility solution. Not only dose the johnny bar have poorly executed geometry on the design for maneuverability but it also is very stressful on ones back whilst trying to situate the unit in the shop. Therefore after after using the johnny bar and stressing my back each and every time I used the darned thing I came up with what I feel is a definite improvement. I will admit that SAWSTOP's professional base inspired me to use a hydraulic lift, thus the use of a bottle jack I had laying about. A few cranks of the lever and the HAMMER is safely raised into a position such that it can be moved with little if any stress to the woodworkers back!!! Once in position the valve on the bottle jack is opened and the HAMMER comes down for use on its stable feet and back wheels. When done with the unit it is easily raised once more for movement to its stowage area. Of course I should mention that I used my Domino 500, CXS, T15 and KAPEX in the construction of the lift mechanism.
