Has anyone used 4mm dominos for radius corners (baseboard)?

Has anyone used 4mm dominoes for baseboard radius corners?  I noticed it in the Domino had Evolved Post.  Just wondered how you would use the domino on such a small piece of wood.  I have a project with 6" prefinished alder base board, and hoped to put the domino to work.  I am picturing some sort of a jig that you slip the piece into a slot of some sorts to immobilize it. I don't want to have any accidents, using power tools on small pieces can lead to bad things in my experience.  And with my limited experience with this thing I just want to be sure.  Thanks
