Has anyone used Schneider Airsystems tools?

It looks like a copy of the now very old Chicago Pneumatic 1/2" impact with the two pin clutch hammer design. Was not noted for being a strong impact when compared to newer designs[ they have much more power], but is small and lightweight. Also easy to service if they've kept to the original design.

Wondering if this impact wrench would be any good?

Can't comment personally on the tools, but you do know they are a TTS Tooltechnic Systems company (as are Festool, Protool, Tanos etc.)? I'd therefore presume the quality was on the same level.
