The mix with wood and metal detail looks awesome ! Really tidy build. Getting the holes to line up on the diagonal must have been fun. Are you expecting the gate to drop much ?

6 years on and they have not dropped a bit. [thumbs up] ( I know this, as for the last 3 yrs I have also lived behind them)

Sadly the client, who was also a good friend, passed away 3 weeks ago. He is a massive loss to all who knew him. A rare man who valued quality work and looking after those who depended on him in both business and homelife.
My life is better for having known him and my woodworking better for the challenges his projects threw at me.
