Hello my fellow Festool users [smile]
I am Albert from Auckland, New Zealand, I am a working professional with part time hobby/business in making solid wood furniture.
here is my workshop:
SCM 5RCS1100 WBS (19kw) on Danfoss VSD (twin belt unit, needs a DC capable of 4260m3/hr(2510cfm) at 2500Pa at 20m/s(3940fpm))
Robland NX410P combination machine, (410mm/16inch planing capacity)
Masterwood OMB1V Slot mortiser
SCM S400P bandsaw (MM16 in The States?)
OMGA AL129 twin head mitre saw
Chicago Pneumatics CPRS10500 compressor (10hp/500l tank) with Ceccato CDX12 refrigerator
Festool DF700, RTS 400, CT36
Frontline (similar to Plano clamps but Australian and much heavier) and Bessey clamps (20+?)
Ducting by JKF (Danish)
Holytek bag house dust collector/extractor, 4kw motor
I am upgrading my dust collector to either:
Unimaster 250 by Donaldson Torit
Felder RL300
Question is:
How is the pulse cleaning on the RL compare to the shaker motor on the Unimaster? anyone who has a wide belt can chime in?
some photos of my workshop attached.
