Help! Conturo refill screw doesn't move!?!

Okay, my conturo refill screw won't engage.

I press the refill button and instead of the screw engaging and pulling the plunger back - I instantly get the "open door install puck" symbol.

Anyone know how to reset or get the screw engaging again??

I have not had this problem but have opened the door too early and screwing up the sequence. Have you tried opening the door, then closing it and waiting? It sometimes takes a 10-15 seconds before it moves again.

I’ve not had the issue either—wipe the door magnet off?
