Help finding Hardware

I am trying to find these type of handles or edge pulls for industrial cabinets.  I have searched all over google under edge pulls, handles etc. Does anyone know what to call these or where I might be able to get them.  I assume it would come in certain lengths such as 8' and then cut to exact fit etc.

I have had no problems with orange aluminium, what was not right at willcall,after they made it ,on the next run, which they made what i wanted next ,shipped in a couple days, for free

it's aluminum extrusion. any extruder can produce. FONNOV ALUMINIUM
