Help!I Need a cardboard insert for centrotec 07

I brought an old set from Europe (495129) and it doesn't have the insert.Can someone please help me with a scan or Hi Res picture?
I've search older posts but the pictures/files cannot be accessed .
Any help in this regard would be appreciated .
Even maybe another set's insert (08,09 ,10).
